green moong sprouts salad

ingredients

  • green moong dal- 1 cup

  • yellow bell pepper- 1 pc

  • tomato- 1 pc

  • onion- 0.5 pc

  • carrot- 1 pc

  • black pepper powder- 0.5 tsp

  • green chilli- 1 pc

  • cucumber- 1 pc

  • ginger- 0.5 inch

  • amla (indian gooseberry)- 1 pc

  • lemon- 0.5 pc

  • peanuts- 1 tbsp

  • coriander Leaves- 2 sprigs

  • rock salt (pink himalayan)- 1 tsp

steps to do

  1. mix in chopped red, green, and yellow capsicums, tomatoes, onions, carrots, green chilies, cucumber, and ginger.

  2. add freshly ground black pepper, green chilies, salted amla (or fresh amla), lemon juice, amchur powder, and Chaat Masala.

  3. include roasted peanuts for crunch and healthy fats, along with fresh coriander leaves.

  4. mix the sprouted lentils with the vegetable mixture and adjust salt if necessary.
