sweet corn spinach soup

yellow moong dal- 0.25 cup
spinach- 0.5 bunch
sweet corn- 0.25 cup
garlic- 2 cloves
rock salt (pink himalayan)- 1 tsp
turmeric powder- 0.25 tsp
black pepper powder- 0.25 tsp
wood pressed groundnut oil- 1 tbsp
water- 1.75 cup
rice flour- 0.5 tbsp
steps to do
take a pressure cooker, add water, moong dal, sweet corns, salt, turmeric and mix it well.
cover it with lid and cook until you hear 1 whistle.
open the lid and remove it from heat.
transfer this into a blender and blend it into a puree.
heat oil in a heavy skillet, add garlic and stir well.
then, add spinach and mix it well.
cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
now, add the blended puree and mix it well.
add hot water and mix it well.
bring it to a boil.
add salt, black pepper and mix it well.
in a bowl, add rice flour, water and mix it well.
pour the batter into the skillet and mix it well.
cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
