ingredients

  • rock salt (pink himalayan)- 1 tsp

  • tomato- 3 pcs

  • garlic- 2 cloves

  • ginger- 1 inch

  • green chilli- 1 pc

  • black pepper powder- 0.25 tsp

  • onion- 1 pc

  • coriander leaves- 2 sprigs

  • apple cider vinegar- 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder- 0.25 tsp

  • red chilli powder- 0.25 tsp

  • water- 1 cup

  • cinnamon sticks- 0.5 pc

  • tulsi Leaves- 5 leaves

steps to do

  1. heat a pot and add cumin seeds, allowing them to splutter.

  2. add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. saute until onions are translucent.

  3. mix in chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, and salt. cook until tomatoes are soft.

  4. add water and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.

  5. blend the mixture into a smooth consistency using a blender.

  6. garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
